Farmhouse by the Falls

Welcome to Farmhouse by the Falls! A peaceful and beautiful home in downtown Snoqualmie near Snoqualmie Falls, hiking, mountain biking, Seattle and everything the beautiful Northwest has to offer. Pure tranquility and nature surround you at all angles! This quality home was built in 2016 and still feels brand new.
The main floor features a fully appointed kitchen and great room design with a comfortable leather sectional, generous farmhouse table and cozy fireplace. Enjoy a movie on the 60” TV or curl up with a book next to the gas fireplace. Big windows and lots of natural light make this space a wonderful area to gather with friends and family. At the base of the stairs is the downstairs king bedroom with a comfortable memory foam mattress and luxurious bedding. There is a bathroom with a tub shower combo downstairs and washer dryer available on this floor as well.
Upstairs you will find an additional king bedroom with cozy reading nook, memory foam mattress and luxurious bedding. There is also a bunk room with additional twin bed. Kids will enjoy the play and reading nook. A half bath completes the upstairs.
Enjoy quick access to I-90, Salish Lodge (walking distance!), the Snoqualmie Casino, golf at Mt. Si golf course and downtown Snoqualmie. Fall and Winter offer great access to skiing and winter sports. During the summer months you can float the Snoqualmie River, hike Mt. Si, or pick berries at the local berry fields. The charming towns of North Bend (filming location of Twin Peaks) and Fall City are 5-10 minutes away. See all the sights of downtown Snoqualmie and Snoqualmie Falls and never get in your car – this home is walking distance from it all. Enjoy a delicious meal in downtown Snoqualmie, grab a beer at Snoqualmie Brewery or sip wine at Sigillo Cellars, it’s all steps away.

The host, Amanda, was attentive and responsive. The property was lovely and easy to navigate and perfect for a family reunion with our family in Snoqualmie and our FL and CA family who joined us. A super convenient location with many services close by!The property is a barn that has been remodeled and sits on the back of the host’s private home. If you have difficulty with stairs, use caution. The stairway is the only way up to front door, though the steps are wide, with railings and easy to use. It is a lovely and very comfortable property with everything you need, including very comfy beds and abundant towels!I would rent again!

Beautiful and Cozy Home, Centrally Located!

We are a family of 6 and came to visit from Spokane Valley,WA. We went shopping at the nearby outlets a few minutes from the home as well as visited Seattle and Sea Fair. The central location was great and so close to Snoqualmie Falls with beautiful lush green trees. The house was super cozy with such warm and welcoming decor. Beds were cozy and fluffy, and so many dreamy pillows and blankets. There is a double Keurig/Coffee Maker duo so you can use both ground coffee and pods! Bathrooms had body wash/shampoo/conditioner and the entire home was very accommodating. You can tell the owners spent a lot of time and effort making this place so cozy and updated. The TV was super easy to figure out so I’m not sure what the prior reviews had issues with. The chickens didn’t wake us up, they just had the chicken squabbles and they were adorable. Beautiful backyard with a ton of blackberry bushes. Overall we had a fabulous stay in this home, enjoyed the chickens, and if we had any questions the responses were really fast! Thank you so much for a great weekend! Highly recommend!

Wonderful space with great host

My family and I stayed in Snoqualmie during the holiday break, and we truly enjoyed ourselves! The Farmhouse was the perfect setting for my husband and I, and our teenage sons. The location is perfect! We visited the Falls, had lunch at the Salish Lodge, and did some sledding in the Snoqualmie Pass. We also drove to Seattle to meet with friends. The house is really close to the freeway. During our stay, the hosts were very attentive and accommodating. Amanda and Mike made sure that our stay was relaxing, enjoyable, and memory making❤️ We would definitely come come back again!!!

Cozy and equipped with everything

Such a cozy home with everything we could possibly want. We didn’t want to leave. Fantastic base for skiing. Quick walk to food. Only downfall was the rooster - but we were getting up early anyway - so it was just a backup alarm clock.

Although there are stairs to get up to the front door, the house is wonderfully furnished. Great kitchen and comfortable living room and bedrooms. There are 2 comfortable king beds. We had 4 adults and 3 kids stay and we had plenty of room.

Soo accomodating!

We had such a chill holiday vacation at The Farm. My grandchildren enjoyed seeing the chickens and better yet, sledding in the snow (levels were unusually high for the area). They kept us de-iced in rough conditions and made sure several times that we had everything we needed. Very nice people.

Lovely, just as expected

Rented this property as part of our church’s Ladies Retreat. The location was awesome, super close to the falls and an easy drive to North Bend and the surrounding area. Like a previous reviewer, we had issues figuring out the TV and the owner came over and helped and was so kind! The house was as expected from the listing, everything was great and we will definitely consider renting again if we come back to this area.

Great farmhouse!

Not only is this house amazing but the deck is great as well! They have chickens that my son loved to watch. The owners are great with details, they marked the light switches to know which was which. I was extremely impressed with the house. I was think how it would be great for a girls getaway. You really could walk to a lot of things, other wise it's a nice short drive. Definitely a must stay.

Peaceful!

Great family get away in a small charming town! My kids enjoyed it as well as the adults. It was peaceful and very clean home. At first We couldn’t figure out the tv so we call and they came right over and helped us, great service! Family and I will definitely be back! Thank you so much for the pleasant stay! :)
