Additional notes: 
- Please note that a hot tub cleaning fee is included in the housekeeping fee. However, stays of five nights or longer will require a mid-stay hot tub clean at the cost of an additional $75 (plus tax). For Guests booking through Airbnb, we will send you a payment request to cover this cost.
- Up to two dogs are allowed in the property.  Please let us know ahead of time the number of dogs you are bringing.  There is a $100, non-refundable pet fee per dog.  Please be a responsible pet owner and pick up after your dog(s).
- Please bring beach towels for the hot tub.
- This property is equipped with an outdoor doorbell camera for security purposes.
- The nearest slope is just 1 mile away. The easiest way to get there is to call the on-call shuttle, which can pick you up at the end of the driveway and take you to the Village.
- Party away on the mountain or at a local restaurant. But, please, no parties with Guests outside of your group in the house.


THE RESORT:

At 4,848 feet, Snowshoe Mountain has the best skiing south of Vermont and east of Colorado, and is the perfect all-season destination in West Virginia’s Allegheny Mountains. You’re sure to find an activity to keep all your family members happy.

- Winter – With an average yearly snowfall of 180 inches, the mountain offers 250 acres of skiable terrain, 61 slopes, 12 lifts, night skiing in Silver Creek, and 5 terrain parks for all skill levels. When you feel like taking a break from skiing or snowboarding, try out other activities such as the Coca-Cola tubing park, off-road 4-wheeler tours, snowmobile tours, and horse-drawn sleigh rides, to name just a few.

- Summer – Enjoy the Snowshoe Bike Park with 40 downhill trails waiting for you to conquer. Other activities include cross-country cycling, hiking, horseback riding, geocaching, clay pigeon shooting, golfing, kayaking, paddle boarding, disc golf, fishing, and relaxing on the soft, sandy beach on the shore of Shavers Lake.

MINIMUM AGE:
Please note that the primary renter must be 25 years of age or older in order to reserve this property.

EARLY CHECK-IN: While we know you are excited to kick off your vacation, please note we cannot guarantee anything earlier than a 5:00 PM check-in.

LATE CHECK-OUT: Unfortunately, these are not possible, since our cleaning team needs every available minute to clean and reset this huge house (to include draining and refilling the hot tub). If you’d like a late checkout so you can enjoy all the mountain has to offer, we’re happy to book you for another night, if the property is available.
