We had an awful experience with both the hotel and hotels.com. Despite the hotel being advertised as having air conditioning AND hotels.com promoting it as one of their ‘Best Hotels’, the air conditioning was not working and with two young kids we had to check out. Both the hotel and hotels.com have refused to refund us or maintain communication and as a result we have lost almost $350. I have video documentation that it was 27’C but neither party are accepting responsibility for taking our money for a falsely advertised service. We were even charged tourist tax as we left the hotel despite not staying there. I suggest you stay elsewhere and use a different booking site.

La suite estaba increíble, el personal fue muy amable. En personal el chico de la recepción que se encuentra en las noches. La habitación limpia y muy grande. Quizá lo único es que el aire acondicionado no funciona tan bien, pero puedes abrir las ventanas y entra mucho aire.
