The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather Used Towels, put in washer and start. Washer has laundry soap in it already, unless the light says to add soap.
Please leave the beds that were used not made. Remove all opened and not used food from refrigerator. Load and run dishwasher Put any used life jackets back in deck box Cover Firepit and BBQ Grill
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

The checkout time is 11 AM. A $50/hour late fee will be collected unless late checkout has been approved in advance. Please be mindful of noise.
Kayaks and paddle boards are provided at the guests own risk. All equipment should be carefully examined for safety issues. Life jackets must be worn.
No smoking. No pets. No processing of fish on property. Children must be supervised by the lake at all times.

Fabulous

Fabulous property with amazing views. Great kitchen, comfy beds and linens and the host thought of all the little details from coffee and teas provided and also Smores!! Can't wait to go back.
