Country House "Can Jaumins" with Mountain View, Shared Swimming Pool & Wi-Fi

This small mountain house, "Can Jaumins," is located on a large plot of orange trees alongside two other houses. The house is fully equipped and features a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a living room, and a kitchen arranged on different levels. In front of the house, there is a terrace with fantastic views of the village and the mountains, as well as a barbecue area. The property can accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are available upon request.



Your private outdoor area includes a garden, a balcony, and a barbecue. Guests also have access to a shared outdoor area with a pool and an open terrace. The pool is located about 50 meters from the house, a 2–3 minute walk, and is shared with the other two houses.



The center of Sóller is about a 20-minute walk away. It is a very pleasant walk, but please note that the incline is quite pronounced. For guests arriving by car, a small, manageable vehicle or a scooter is recommended due to the narrow mountain streets.



A parking space is available on the property. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. Beach and pool towels are provided.



This is a self-catering property. Linen, bath towels, toilet paper on arrival, and other basic amenities are supplied. Guests are expected to purchase their own after using what is provided. For hygienic reasons, no food leftovers are left at the property.
