Check-in was fast and easy. Since it was a three night stay, we requested that the bedding did not need to be changed but to change out the towels and empty the trash. Towels were changed once, trash was never emptied. Breakfast buffet was average.

Very clean and quiet with easy access and parking. Large comfortable room and the bathroom was immaculate. The breakfast was a very pleasant surprise with waffles, omelets and sausage patties, coffee and juice, assorted pastries. I would definitely stay here again.

The booking system needs to be updated, and the receptionist needs to be trained. I was booked using Expedia, and it was a paid trip, but the receptionist told me that I needed to pay again for the room rate since he wasn't seeing any payment from his end. He advised me to call the Expedia and bank to see if they had already deducted the payment for my hotel. It was just a weird transaction on my side for the first time. Hopefully, The Comfort Inn and Expedia can solve this booking system. The issue was resolved by calling his manager.
