Hotel room was nice, clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. Only two negatives- only one elevator in the whole hotel, which was a little inconvenient when the hotel was busy…secondly at the pool, the smell of chlorine was so overwhelming powerful, just walking into the pool area it was burning my eyes.

Front desk at night was not friendly, not accommodating. Whenever we come I noticed hes sleeping while on duty. Security guard was always on his phone

Hotel is quiet dated and rooms are small. It was very noisy on 4th floor, the rooms are not noise insulated so you can hear anyone from hallway or other rooms. Our first night some guests were making excessive noise which made us feel unsafe and couldn't sleep until the noise died down.

Hi, I wanted to report that during my stay, the hot tub was not working properly—it wasn’t hot. Additionally, the shower water was not hot either, which made it uncomfortable to use.

Tracy was amazing. We went for the pool, we live nearby, and it was great. My only concern is the chlorine level and my room key doesn't open the pool so I had to ask for help. Not convenient when there is a line but otherwise it was amazing.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! We arrived during a bad rainstorm at night. I was warmly greeted my Jackie. While my husband parked the car their security guard, Peter, offered to bring my luggage cart to our room. This was greatly appreciated so I could carry my son and walk in with my daughter. Room was sparkling clean! Exceptional hot breakfast offering make your own pancakes, fresh hot cinnamon rolls and egg white omelettes. My 8 year old already has already asked if we can go back to that “restaurant!” We were well cared for! Thank you for making our stay so special. Can’t wait to go back to use the hot tub!
