The place was clean and generally provided what was described but here are why it was only a three star...The owner had some weird rules about data usage on the wifi. Something about buying a data package that I don't recall in the description or an option to buy. Without it they didn't want you streaming any shows. The cable was horrid; I don't know what service was used but none of the standard national channels were available and what was available I had never heard of before. Plus the service would pause every 15 minutes or so and then resume for no reason. Combine this with the no streaming and the tv was pretty much useless.There was some type of fan on the side of the cabin. I couldn't figure out what controlled it but every hour or so it would turn on. It being on wasn't a problem but when it shut off the fan blades would hit something and make the loudest racket for a few seconds. This would happen every two hours or so, all thru the day/night.The hot tub controls didn't work. So while you could soak in the hot tub you couldn't turn the jets on. Plus there were no instructions on how to turn the outside sting lights on. I found an outlet that controlled one string but not the other.Finally, the pans were dirty. At first I thought it was bad cleaning service but the rest of the place was very clean. Then I realized the pans were so old and most of the surface rubbed off you couldn't get them clean no matter how hard you scrubbed.
