Finca Sa Plana - Villa With Private Pool

The finca has totally private, very simple exteriors, surrounded by trees and Mediterranean plants, which is precisely what gives them their special charm. The 4.5 x 3 m oval chlorine pool, with a depth of 0.80 to 1.20 m, has an outdoor shower and a fantastic porch next to it that invites you to sit down to eat together and maybe prepare a barbecue. It is also heated (only in the months of March, April, May and October). There are six hammocks, ideal for relaxing after a good meal, reading a book or listening to some music in the sun.

The rooms of the house, with modern furnishings, are very bright and generally open to the outside. From the porch you enter the living-dining room, with a beachy and relaxing touch due to its warm blue colours, ideal for watching satellite TV accompanied by the AC. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob. In the laundry room you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub for your comfort. As for the bedrooms, there are three in total, one with two single beds and two more with a double bed and wardrobe. One of the latter even has access to the garden. To acclimatise the rooms, there is also air conditioning in the corridor leading to them. A cot and high chair will be provided if you are travelling with a baby.

The villa is only 1 km from the beach of Costa dels Pins and has easy access to all the beaches of the coastal area of Levante such as Cala Bona, Canyamel or Cala Millor, among many others. There are also several golf courses nearby for golf lovers. As far as services are concerned, Son Servera offers you everything you may need such as bars, restaurants, groceries, etc.

You can use the heated swimming pool, subject to availability, during the months of March, April, May and October, with 5 days notice and taking into account the electricity consumption. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 3 cars.
