Welcome to this wonderful apartament for 4+1(extra fee) people, located only 130 metres away from the marina in Cala Bona.
The views to the sea, to the marina in Cala Bona and to the mountains are, without a doubt, the best company for a delicious breakfast in the morning at the terrace. You will feel the soft and fresh sea breeze from here and revel in the peace and charm of this coastal apartment.
The inside of this second floor parament (with elevator), is beautiful. Its spaciousness, modern style and charm will amaze you. The living - dining room is perfect for your best family meals and then you can rest on the sofa while you watch the TV-sat (only german channels), a DVD film or listen to some music. The kitchen offers an induction top. There are 2 bedrooms with twin beds and a closet. One of them has an en-suite bathroom with a bath, and there is another bathroom with a shower for the rest of this home. There is a baby cot and a high-chair available, two fans, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The location is perfect for those who love the sea since this is only 130 metres away. This is a marina where you can enjoy a nice walk. The area of Cala Bona offers all kinds of services like bars, restaurants, supermarket and much more. The nearest sandy beach is in Cala Millor, about 2.4 km away.
