This was our favorite spot that we stayed on our recent trip across Italy! The room was pristine and exactly matched the pictures. The hotel location was also superb right by the Main Street of Sorrento. Easy access to the train station and harbor. Everyone on the staff was amazingly kind and helpful- even helping to arrange a welcome fruit platter and champagne bottle for our arrival to celebrate our honeymoon. We would definitely stay again if back in the Sorrento area!

On arrival we were greeted by friendly and happy staff. The location is fantastic being in the heart of Sorrento just a short walk from Piazza Tasso. The daily breakfast was fresh with a good selection of items to choose from and very well prepared and the rooftop dining area had very nice views. The rooms were clean and comfortable with an interesting style !

Your hotel is fantastic, my wife and I had a perfect stay. Staff was very accommodating, especially at breakfast : Roberta and Lina. They made our day start wonderfull . Very good location, near lots of dining and shopping. Quite safe hotel with good security. Nice breakfast. Staff manages English language reasonably well. It is fairly-valued price-wise. The entry yard does need to be cleaned up and better lit at night time.

The property was great, the staff equally as great, right in the heart of Sorrento and the main square. The area entering and exiting the property was a bit run-down and could use some minor renovations, but the property was between some apartment complexes with locals, so I'm sure the hotel owners don't have much control over the entire area. Other than the entry and exit, everything else was great.

This hotel was so lovely. Located quite close to the bus/train station and because it's on the main street, it was quite walkable to the shops, restaurants, and the harbor and beach areas (keep in mind pathways leading down are essentially long staircases). The included breakfast was quite nice, awesome selection. One tiny 'con' was that the lotion dispenser was empty during our entire visit (we simply shared our one personal tiny bottle). A suggestion might be to make clothes drying racks available (it helps when doing a bit of laundry of your personal items). Overall, we cannot say enough about the property and the bed was amazing!

Clean, spacious and gracious stay

The room is exactly how it is pictured, clean, stylish and spacious. The employees are so nice and gracious. The only issues are the noise level during breakfast for late sleepers and entry into the place. The walls are thin and noise echoes during.
