We spent 7 days at Sersale Suites, together with our daughter and son we rented 3 rooms. We could not be more happy about the location, close to the pedestrian area, with all the shops and restaurants. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and quiet.The beds had also warm comfortes, air conditioning worked very well. Breakfast prepared by Lisa was excellent and offered a great variety. We felt right at home, and enjoyed the very friendly atmosphere. Across the street from Sersale Suites is a very well stocked grocery store, selling also great sandwiches. Piazza Tasso, the train station, and the marina are all in walking distance. We definitely recommend Sersale Suites.

Excellent trip to Sorrento! Sersale Suites was very clean and the staff is very nice. Lisa made us breakfast each morning, eggs, yogurt, croissants and the delicious cappuccino. The room I was in has a small balcony and a tiny sea view. The room was very clean and had everything I would need for my stay. If I had to saw one negative thing, I would say the pillows could be a bit more soft. The bathroom as large and the and in shower was huge for any European country. Shampoo was supplied by the host. But if you forgot to bring or prefer to get your own, the is a small supermarket across from Sersale Suites. The location is great, nearly on the main walking street in Sorrento. If you get dropped of by a taxi, there is a street and a parking lot very nearby. The lobby is ok, but the elevator has a funky smell, is old and very small, it fits 4 people very squeezed together or 1 with larger luggage pieces. Overall, it’s a great place. I would recommend taking the bus from Naples Airport directly to the bus and train station in Sorrento. It was 13 Euro per person and tickets can be bought on the bus. If you want to do day trips, I highly recommend buying the tickets the day before! There were huge lines every day at the bus station to go to Positano. To go to Pompei, you can take the train.

Each room had a theme and was very clean. The only downsides were that it is on the 5th floor of the building and there is no check in desk. Being on the 5th floor wasn’t an issue until the last day when we were checking out. They have a small elevator which we used when we got there and throughout the stay to return to our room but it was broken on the day we checked out and had to carry all the luggage down the 5 flights of stairs and unlock the outside door with the room key and then one of us had stay down there while the other climbed all those stairs to return the room keys. Overall, it was a great stay and everyone was very nice and cordial, and we would definitely book a room there again.

The place is beautifully decorated, clean, and safe. The staff is friendly and professional. Shoutout to Lisa, who prepared delicious breakfast and kept the place clean and tidy. The location is perfect for walking to the shops and restaurants. I would totally stay here again!

We couldn't have been happier with our experience at this location. Martina, Lisa and Marco are definitely the dream team! Lisa went above and beyond to assure our comfort each morning for breakfast. Her Bundt cakes combined with her attentiveness even supplying wine glasses to a half empty wine bottle in the room was amazing. We couldn't be happier with our experience. It's locale to everything is amazing.

The location of this hotel is excellent — right in the heart of local shopping and dining, which made it incredibly convenient. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed, which we really appreciated. However, there were a few things that detracted from our stay. The air conditioning system required the room key to stay inserted in order to work, and we were only given one key. This was inconvenient — especially when one of us went out and the other stayed behind — as it meant choosing between comfort and being able to let someone back in. Another issue was with the door locking system. Our kids accidentally locked us out twice while we were moving between the room and the common area (we were taking turns using the shower), and management responded by telling us to "watch our kids," which came off as rude and unhelpful rather than understanding. It felt like a poor response to a situation that could happen to any family, especially given how easy it was to be locked out. Lastly, we were surprised by an additional charge of €100 for our two small children for just two nights. Given their age and the length of stay, this felt excessive and not clearly communicated upfront. Overall, while the location and room quality were great, the inflexibility and customer service left something to be desired.

Great location!

Great location! Sersale Suites is about a 1 minute walk from the Corso Italia (a main street with lots of shops & restaurants), but tucked away enough so that it's quiet at night. It's very clean, nicely decorated and it has a very large shower compared to what we've seen in our other European hotels/B&Bs. Marco gave us a very warm welcome and he gave us great tips for restaurants and tours. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that the Sersale Suites offered services to assist with booking tours, car services, etc. Martina and Mariateresa were very friendly, helpful and very quick to respond! They helped us book several tours-- all we had to do was send a message through WhatsApp and they handled the details. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

The service was great. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was fantastic. The elevator was old but worked every time. The supermarket across the street had everything. Close to all tourist things . The train station in Sorrento was about 1.5 km away, walkable. Great place to stay.

We were in Italy for 10 days and ended our trip in Sorrento at Sersale Suites - and it was the perfect ending to our trip! Everything was top-notch, from Marco and the team at checkin to Lisa each morning with custom made-to-request breakfasts … it was amazing! These units are newly renovated and high tech in every way with motorized shades to LED changing lights in the bathroom, to beautiful decor throughout! The location is perfect to local shopping and restaurants and central to everything in Sorrento! If you are planning a stay in southern Italy and looking for a hub to launch from, Sersale Suites is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! We had the Capri room and had our own balcony too!!! Side note: There is an ‘off-season’ until after Easter, so while rates and crowds are lower, many local shops and sightseeing (ferries to Amalfi, Blue Grotto, etc) are closed and under renovations. Just set your expectations a little lower for those things - but otherwise it’s was a great time! Thanks again to Sersale Suites for blowing away any expectation we were hoping for! You nailed it!

Comfortable room, excellent breakfast with Lisa. Lisa went above and beyond when the elevator wasn’t working. She helped carry heavy luggage down 6 flights of stairs! Elevator was the only negative, it was fickle. Sometimes it worked others time not. Must be able to hike stairs on the down time!
