Exactly as it says on the tin, in the most positive way possible. Antonio and Ferdinando were a delight from start to finish. Even without a receptionist, they made you forget that was the case, anything we needed we got it in quick time. The apartment is located in the *perfect* spot in the middle of Sorrento, just 5 minutes away from the city centre. Its very clean, its a lot more spacious than my wife and I initially thought and there's even Netflix on the TV. We had a fantastic time and if we were to return to Sorrento again, this is where we'd go!

We loved staying here and would stay again. Coffee on the balcony looking at the ocean was a lovely way to start the day. It was a close walk to the center of the town and a close walk to the train and bus station. It was a terrific home base for day trips to Pompeii and Amalfi Coast. Antonio texted each day to see if we needed anything and he responded quickly to all of our requests. He’s a great host.

The location of the property was brilliant, being a very close walk to the main area of Sorrento. The room itself was nice, the pillows were very comfy, the balcony overlooking the sea was great too. Our host was absolutely brilliant, he checked in with us on each day of our stay to see if we needed anything - thank you so much Antonio! The only issue we had was the extreme lack of any sound proofing between rooms. We could hear our neighbours talking, we could even hear them on the toilet... it felt like we were sharing a room with them. This was especially difficult in the evenings when we were woken up be our neighbours due to the walls being paper thin. We wouldn't have minded as much, however we picked this property due to the fact in the listing, it is actually specified that the rooms are 'soundproof'. We understand in older buildings there may be limitations on how much the rooms can be soundproofed, however, if the rooms are not soundproofed at all, then 'soundproofed rooms' should NOT be a promised feature for the room. We loved our host and the room, however we will not return due to the lack of sound proofing as it was distruptive to our stay.

Really enjoyed this location. Safe and walkable, minutes from shops and eateries. Even got my haircut across the street. There are some small things I could pick on with the layout (like how close the wardrobe is to the bed), but overall it made our stay really enjoyable and the management staff was very responsive. It’s a nice building and well kept. View of the water and a large balcony were both bonuses.

40th Birthday week in Sorrento

Great location to city centre as well as the train station! Close enough to walk to all the shops and restaurants and to get away by just 2-3 short blocks. Room was large and spacious. My only ding, would be the the bed. Not the comfiest, but decent size! Fluffy pillows. Great contact working with me to get checked in as well as out-processing. I had thought I had booked a few of the water, but was happy with the balcony. I’d stay again!

Location was amazing and unbeatable. Walking distance to the main plaza and lots of dining options around. Check in process was not the smoothest as our room wasn’t ready at check in time and we stood there for 30 minutes waiting with our luggage. Cleanliness can also be improved as the toilet didn’t seem to be cleaned, however host was quick to respond to the issues

Excellent service

The manager Francesco is very helpful to assist us on our request. He went extra miles to help us look for driver to Amalfi when the ferries were being cancelled for 2 days continuously. Even though we didn’t managed to get a driver from him but he is really great in help! He also messaged us from time to time to find out if we are good with the stay, very thoughtful of him. Recommend to stay here!

All the staff was so helpful! They met us at the property when we arrived and gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. They also checked in with us during our stay about the places we tried and how we liked it. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city centre with lots of food and shopping. The room had a great view of the water at a distance. The balcony was great and the whole room was very clean and tidy. We had valet parking that dropped us off and picked us up right at the property. The parking was additional cost but total worth it to not have to fight with the city traffic or find parking else where. I would stay here again in a heart beat! We’ve stayed in a number of different locations in Italy and this was by far my favourite.

Great Location, Great View, Clean

This was in a great location within walking distance to the train station & the main square. We had a great view off our balcony. The only problem we had with it was that we had a terrible time locating it because there is no signage outside except beside the door, and the building looks like an apartment building instead of a hotel. We walked there from the train station and kept walking past it because we didn't see it. There is no hotel lobby so you communicate with customer service via phone. Other than that, it was very nice.

The property is conveniently located with a great view. We had some difficulty locating it but the staff was immediately available by text and showed up quickly to help. The only downside is that the walls are VERY thin.
