VILLA AGNELLO - SORRENTO CENTRE
This magnificent Villa is situated only a short walking distance from the bustling city centre and the main square, in an exclusive residential area of Sorrento, and offers a private swimming pool (6.5m x 2.5m; 1.5m deep; open from March to November, depending on weather) that can be heated on request. A car is not necessary as the town is well connected: the harbour is 800m away, while the train station and the bus stop are around 400m away.

Sorrento is the ideal location for a family holiday suitable for all ages: there are many restaurants and bars, the atmosphere is friendly and lively. The main street has all the famous designer labels and the late opening means you will always have time for shopping.

Villa Agnello is over 450 sq m and it develops over several different levels and is composed of the main house plus an adjacent apartment.

MAIN HOUSE
GROUND FLOOR The garden leads to the main entrance: on the left there is a spacious lounge, study, dining room and music rooms.
On the right of the entrance you will find the rustic area with the kitchen (dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer with ice-machine, microwave, toaster, coffee maker), dining room, lounge area, one double bedroom with en-suite shower and WC.
Down one flight of stairs: laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities, private home fitness centre.

FIRST FLOOR The other bedrooms are located on the first floor: the master bedroom has a twin/double bed and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower; two twin/double rooms with shared bathroom with bathtub; a further twin/double room with en-suite bathroom with shower.

APARTMENT
You can access the apartment by passing the main gate, going left and after 12 steps you can enter the apartment.
The 45 sqm apartment is modern in style and equipped with all comforts. Sitting area with double sofa bed and kitchenette. One double bedroom (160x190cm). One bathroom with shower. Facilities: Dishwasher, satellite TV, coffee maker, microwave, oven.

Services included: welcome drink, housemaid 3 hours per day, bed linen change midweek, towels changed as required. There is an on-site manager who stays in a separate apartment and is available for assistance.

Additional services and facilities available on request and payable locally: breakfast, use of tennis court next door, beach facilities available on request at a lido in front of the villa.

Facilities: washing machine and ironing facilities, fully air conditioned (hot and cold), three fireplaces, Wi-fi broadband internet, Satellite flat LCD TV in the main lounge/living room, outdoor swimming pool (chlorine), sun beds, sun decks, tables, BBQ, bicycles, parking within the property for 2 cars. The beds are king/queen size.

PLEASE NOTE: From 2023, the villa offers a new private SPA with Finnish Sauna, hot tub and shower with chromotherapy, as well as a lift going from ground floor to first floor (the lift is small so wheelchairs have to be closed, they do not fit). There is also a new home fitness area with gym equipment located where the laundry area was.
