I had a wonderful stay except my room was near the high voltage systems and it was noise all around which interrupted my sleep. My room was clean, food was ok and staff services was good..very enjoyable!

I would be good if they could update the process of making dinner reservation, you can`t do it over the phone, you have to go every morning to make the reservation on the day you want to dine. The food at the Mexican restaurant was terrible. We stayed 4 nights and had to eat at the buffet all the time because there was no other option. The spaces at the rest of the restaurantes were booked. The beer was terrible, sometimes it was ok and some it tasted like vinegar, like it was already spoiled. We went to the spa, the massage was great and then we had paid for a half an hour of jacuzzi and it was cold, the hot water wasnt`t working. There are a lot of things that they could make better, since the beach and place is beautiful!

Fui en familia estuvo todo muy bien, les recomiendo usar siempre las habitaciones deluxe. Son más bonitas y cómodas que las normales y pagas algo más, no es tanto la diferencia de precio, pero la comodidad si.

The we had two rooms that were terribly cleaned. Hair everywhere from the previous guest. The air conditioning didn’t work in the room it was more of a fan. The food and drinks were ok. I would never recommend this hotel to a friend or family member. I was severely disappointed. We’ve been to resorts in the Dom.Rep. for the past 25years and we’d never had an experience like this one. The hotel needs a revamp the paint is worn off, furniture it’s old and flimsy in the room. We left a day early.
