Sosúa’s main strip, Pedro Clisante Street, closes off to traffic after dusk and is the hub of nightlife in this beach town. Electricity in the Dominican Republic is very expensive, and the A/C and hot water heaters are the main source of electricity consumption. Electricity will be charged apart from the rental cost at time of departure.





(18 RDS/kW) When entering the property, we check the electricity meter with our guest. We do the same operation the last day to calculate the real consumption during their stay. The electricity has to be paid by the guest by cash or pay with the airbnb resolution at the departure time.
