Here we offer a cozy one bedroom apartment/guesthouse with separate entrance for short- and long-term rent.
It has a size of about 484sqft (45sqm). The bedroom with queen size bed has a ceiling fan, bathroom with hot water shower, kitchen with stove and big fridge, living room with a queen-size sofa-bed (bathroom access through bedroom), ceiling fan, cable TV and FREE Internet access.

On our property we want to be as independent and self sustaining as possible. We produce therefore our own electricity with solar panels to run the whole property. With having an ecological home we can help the environment and have the advantage of having electricity even when there are power blackouts (which happens unfortunately more often in the Dominican Republic than in other countries).
Our colonial style villa is not only an affordable holiday accommodation on a beautiful property with a lush tropical garden - it's a beautiful paradise retreat in an upscale style which is close enough to town center and beaches to enjoy all the busy Caribbean life - but at the same time far away enough to relax and do some "quality chilling" around the pool or socialize with others over a cold drink on our big terrace-table...

Our guests have access to our whole property and all amenities.
People love to sit directly outside the apartment, use one of the covered terraces with a dining table for up to 10 people and a lounge area, sunbathe around the huge pool or relax in the garden with tropical plants and flowers on our 4100sqm (1 acre) property. If you come with a vehicle you can also use our parking lots on the property.
You can order your breakfast and/or a delicious 'À la carte'-meal from a private chef (Altagracia) if you don't want to eat out or cook by yourself.

✅We provide free cleaning service - Cleaning the room and changing linen and towels once per week (after 7 days) is included.
✅ Additional cleaning, extra towels, etc. are available upon request (additional cost).
➡️ If guests want use the kitchen to cook by themselves, we expect them to clean up.
❗ Please don't forget to read our house rules before booking!
❗In order to keep the standard rental price as low as possible for guests who rarely or never use the air conditioning, the electricity costs for the use of the air conditioning are not included. A small fee of $0.49/kWh is charged for its use.
