In a good location in Vuokatti, a semi-detached house completed in 2001 on the shore of Särkinen pond in the rugged landscape of Vuokatti. An excellent holiday base in the middle of the area's diverse services. Walking distance to hobbies and restaurants.
The Katinkulma 1 apartment has a total of 75 m² of space including a loft. Spacious living room / living room with a U-shaped kitchen, dining area with a dining group for 6, a cozy fireplace adds atmosphere. Downstairs, a bedroom with a double bed. Steep stairs to the loft, with a sofa bed for 1-2. Access from the loft to the bedroom with a double bed. Access from the loft to the balcony as well. Shower/wc, sauna (electric heater), porch and garden furniture for 4, view of the pond / Vuokatti slopes from the apartment. Särkinen pond 30 m, shared beach. There is a road between the beach and the holiday home (a ski track in winter).
Ski waxing stand, electricity and wood storage in the storage room.
