A semi-detached house renovated in 2003, completed in 2020 (neighboring apartment 9109 KETTU) in Jäätiönrinne area in Vuokatti on the shore of Lake Nuasjärvi, shared beach, pier and rowing boats available.

The area of ​​the villa is 94 m² on two floors. Downstairs is a living-kitchen, two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160 cm), the other with separate beds for two (2 x 80 cm).
