HOUSE RULES:
Violating any of our rules may result in an immediate termination of your stay with no refund.
By violating any of our rules, you also agree to pay a $1,000 fine plus paying the the costs needed to repair any damage or clean related to the issue (i.e., we do a special clean if we detect smoke after a stay which usually costs an additional $300). You also agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless against any other party related to the violation.

-Be respectful to the house and its furniture. We charge extra cleaning fees if an extra mess is left.
-We have cameras at the front and back doors (just FYI).
-When you leave, take all of your belongings that are not to be thrown away. We cannot promise we will get your left behind items back to you and if we do, we will ask for a fee and shipping costs.
-Please privately message us any concerns! We want to keep improving the experience.
-If there are empty bins are in front of the house near the street when you arrive, PLEASE PULL THEM AROUND BACK. The City does not allow them to be left near the street. We very much appreciate your assistance in helping us manage this!
-If you stay on a SUNDAY NIGHT, roll outdoor bin out on Sunday evenings (for pickup). Bring it back the next day (after emptied). All trash must be in bin for pickup.
-Leave all garbage in the outdoor bins at the end of your stay.
-Load all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run it at the end of your stay.
-If you get out anything to play with in the yard, please return it to where you got it!
-For recycling there is an outdoor bin. Do not put your trash in it. In the recycling bin, you can add rinsed glassed bottles and jars (lids separately), rinsed aluminum cans, and cardboard to outdoor recycling bin along with any other material that meets the guidelines of what is acceptable for curbside pickup for St. Joseph County, which can be found online. Please add nothing that does not meet the guidelines. Please take recycling bin out every Tuesday evening (for pickup) and bring back the next day (after emptied or not as pickup is only every other Tuesday).
-The garage code is 2023. Please be respectful of items stored there. If you use anything from it, please return it, CLEAN.
