Disliked: Property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Hotel room was clean and fresh, you could tell I was recently renovated. I didn’t like that there was only one way in and out. One elevator that we had to walk down several hallways to get to room. Ice machine on second floor was out of order and had to go down stairs. There were areas of hotel that were not very clean like sitting area up stairs that look down to first floor. There was large groups of what I believe to be construction workers, that were drinking and grilling outside. And made us a little uncomfortable as a family of all girls. So we stayed in room and didn’t wonder around to see pool or other amenities that may have been offered. Breakfast in am was ok, but didn’t have a lot to offer, breakfast was served till 9 we arrive down at 8 and they had a lot of empty containers and not a lot to choose from. I also have gluten allergy which already limits what I can eat so I would have like yogurt and fruit option. My aunt is vegetarian and she too would have like those options. Overall I believe when its renovations are completed it will be nice as long as they clean glass and vacuum sitting areas. And down fall would be not having more stairways to exit.
