Good enough

Found 3 bugs when we walked in. No more bugs throughout the night so probably just a long vacancy prior. Found a red straw on the carpet near the couch too so wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. All good, the beds were comfortable, the shower was hot and the coffee was enough. Last minute one night stay and kids were happy.

Staff was friendly and helpful, free breakfast had a good variety of items, bed was comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower and no backup. We did encounter a few problems though.... the indoor pool was NOT heated and I'm not sure if it had the right amount of chemicals as the water was somewhat cloudy. We had a 3 night stay and had to reactivate our room key EVERY day, we kept getting locked out of the room. There were signs in the lobby about "no parties" and we thought that was odd until there was loud music at 1 in the morning on our first night, now we know why. Elevator was a bit weird. Overall, the best hotel stay we have had in a while.

I got there late and was ready to go to sleep I was awaken at 3:00 am because I was itching really bad only to find bed bugs in my bed, my arms, legs and butt was ate up and they changed my room and only gave me 10% discount which was $18 smh

The upper lock on the door was missing. The tissue container was falling out of the wall and looked very gross. There was a Mountain Dew bottle under the bed. The curtains were broke. Other than that, it was very comfortable and clean for the most part.

It was great and comfortable. Only a couple of issues. I could see the bottom sheets on the side of the bed were dirty. I ended up sleeping on the comforter with my own blanket. Also, the toilet in the bathroom kept running. I had to close the door. Also, the elevator is kind of scary.

There was a car fender and a stereo speaker along with all kinds of trash outside the hotel. The windows were dirty. The faucet on the sink wasn’t wiped well the toilet moved when you sat down there was cracks in the ceiling. My husband found a pair of shorts hanging in the bathroom. It smelled musty in the room. The hallway smelled a mix of weed and just uncleanliness. The pool had so much chlorine in it. I mean I could go in and on. I read in other reviews AFTER I was lmalready jn my room that there was bedbugs in some of the rooms. Thank god I wasn’t in one of them rooms.
