Nearly Robbed and can rent by the hour. I was cornered in the elevator as the guy wanted money from me, he even tried to follow me to my room with my 7yr old daughter. Went back to room and called Expedia and they told me to go tell the front desk. Went downstairs and the reception told me many people live there like an apartment. Told me i was there for 3 hrs and wouldnt refund me. Told me I should have told him sooner about the crook trying to rob me an follow me to my room. Told him i took my daughter back, then called Expedia and went to front desk. Said still not quick enough. Made a deal if i ledt in 20 min and disnt say a word I could leave with refund. Went down the road and 2 hotels told me that its now basically an apartment and they even rent rooms by the hour

Hotel is poorly maintained. Bathroom door would fully close, whole interior of building had paint flaking. Door for maintenance closet on floor was off its hinges. It worked for a stop over for the night but will not stay there again.

They charged a 50.00 down payment and were suppose to return it to our credit card. They did not return our 50.00. Am going to contact credit card to fight the charge. Claim is on broken screen. We never touched a screen. What would senior 76 year old bother with a screen. This has never happened in all our travels. Roger and Maureen Cook.

We arrived at 9pm and were told that our room was not ready. It was supposed to be ready by 3pm that day so there was really no excuse to why it wasn’t ready yet. Once they were finished “cleaning” it we get told there would be a strong smell due to air freshener spray. (Something no one wants to hear especially this late into the night) As soon as we open the door we are hit with a horrible chemical smell. Wet marks on the floor and furniture where someone tried to scrub out something. The ac unit was leaking water into the carpet right next to the bed. Bathroom was dirty. Dead bolt was bent so it provided no extra security. On top of it all the hotel had spot lights shining right into our window making the nightmare really feel never ending. Breakfast was the only good part of the stay.

This place is in a state of disrepair and the beds were dirty. Has Housekeeping change the sheets on 2 of 3 beds! Also the floor wasn't vacuumed. The shower has mold. The public bathrooms downstairs aren't much better and the pool area is broken, broken furniture, patio doors left open by staff (doesn't look like they would close anyway) and overall in need of maintenance and upgrading.

This building should be condemned

The hotel was disgusting. I had to switch room the first room I had had food on the floor, the bathtub was covered in mold and water was pouring from the faucet handle. The room also smelled terrible. There was a hole in the ceiling in the lobby where water was leaking. I would never stay at this hotel again or ever recommend

The guy that checked us in was fantastic. The property is very run down to the point it doesn’t feel clean. Under the bed is dusty, the room is a little musty. For $180/night I would not stay here again.

This property gives Comfort Suites a black eye. It has not been maintained inside or out. Paint chipped, Holes in walls and trim. Missing lights. Furnace stained. Not clean in hallways. Worn carpets. Too many others to list.

Nice staff - horrible beds

We booked a king size bedroom and when we first walked in it smelled extremely musty. After a few minutes we realized that the carpet was all wet around the AC and past the bed and so we went to the front desk where they upgraded our room to a king size with jacuzzi tub. This room was good and felt reasonably clean but the bed was still terrible and needed upgrading. The staff was very nice but it seems like there could be poor management since every store area you seen just utter chaos and a mess.

DISGUSTING

This place was absolutely a mess! I went to the elevators to the 3rd floor where our room was the floors were filthy the second we got off the elevator the whole floor smelled like weed . I go into our room and it smelled horrible old musty the pillows had koolaid stains all over them the cover on the bed had stains . The bathroom shower water only came out one hole of the shower head . I was scheduled to stay 2 nights after the first night I checked out early . I couldn’t do another night it was disgusting!
