I reserved a two queen bedroom and was given a one king size bed. There was a reason a specifically reserved the two beds. I was told that someone had given my room away by mistake. I paid more for the type of room I had originally booked. It was so noisy and people were screaming and fighting in the hallways. My son was scared and wanted to leave. I have stayed in many hotels but never experienced anything like this. Very disappointing!!

Bathroom sink wild not drain quickly and water stagnated. The tv isn't a smart tv. There was one more item i wanted to put but i don't remember. Anyway, despite all this, i had a comfortable stay. The facilities are in good condition and the staff is very helpful. Would go again.
