Super modern home with plenty of space, located just a few blocks from Notre Dame University. The main level features a large living room, kitchen, dining room, three bedrooms, and two full baths, offering a comfortable and open layout. The lower level provides even more room to relax and entertain with a spacious family room, dedicated game area, two additional bedrooms, a half bath, and a convenient laundry room, making it ideal for larger groups or extended stays.

This home is about 1 mile to the Notre Dame campus, 5-10 drive to many local restaurants and shopping.

Additional house rules 1. Guests will be charged in full for any damage or violations of the house rules below. 2. Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation. 3. All guests must complete HomeStayHQ’s online check-in form to stay with us. This may require a photo of guests’ government-issued ID and personal information to verify their identity and comply with regulatory requirements. 4. Check-in starts at 4 pm. Checkout is at 11 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses. 5. Smoking/Vaping violations are subject to a 250 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages. Illegal drugs of any kind are prohibited and not allowed on the property, including Marijuana. 6. Parties, gatherings or events and excessive noise are not allowed, including outside on private balconies, decks, patios or shared spaces, only the guests you listed are allowed on the property. Please respect our neighbors! 7. Do not share access to the property with anyone other than who’s on your guest list. 8. Commercial business work without written consent, illegal activity, and possession of firearms are strictly prohibited. 9. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. 10. Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. 11. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. 12. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damage that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to customer service. Unreported damages will be charged to the guest’s credit card. 13. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses and may be removed from the property.

This is a fantastic rental! The kitchen is well equipped and it’s very spacious for relaxing and entertaining. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the back patio! The host is wonderful with communication. Will definitely stay here again the next time we are back in the Bend.

Family wedding

We were in town for a multi day family wedding and found this house to be really outstanding. We had seven adults in the house and found that we had so much space to be together and really relax in between the various wedding events. The 5 bedrooms and three bathrooms really made it easy for everyone to have their private space.

Perfect spot

This was an excellent spot to stay. It’s a beautifully stocked kitchen with all the utensils you need to cook for a large crowd. Lots of amenities included a 10 out of a 10 for sure!!!

Spacious and beautifully kept

Everything from arrival to checkout was simple. Home well maintained and they even left basic necessities for your arrival. If you have air hockey players in the house it can get intense but it’s definitely enjoyable having the extra activities in the house for your guests. Fully finished lower level gives nice space to spread out your guests younger or older there is space for all. Property Manager is easily reachable if needed.

Cute, comfy, clean, quiet

Great place: attractively decorated, well supplied with all we could need, comfortable beds, very clean, on a quiet street. We were a group of six adults, two of whom shared a room. Everyone was happy with the house. It is about a ten minute drive to the Morris Inn.
