New Home in the heart of South Dennis

Centrally located in the heart of South Dennis and approximately 1/2 mile to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, this new home features an open floor plan with 9 foot ceilings, a living room with a gas fireplace, kitchen with a spacious island, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and a dining area.

The first floor primary suite includes a walk in closet, private bath and a laundry closet. An additional ensuite can be found on the second floor along with 2 more bedrooms, a shared bath and a laundry room.

In Dennis there are 16 ocean beaches, 2 fresh water lakes and 2 municipal golf courses. This peaceful location also has convenient access to shopping, highways and many area attractions.
We have a No Party policy as well as a No Indoor Smoking policy (which includes any form of electronic smoking). No Pets. Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. If any of these policies are breached we reserve the right to add a deep cleaning fee of $500 to cover damages.

During the last two weeks of June through the first week of September, check-ins need to occur on a Saturday.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be within walking distance of Cape Cod Rail Trail. Laundry facilities are available. A kitchen and 4 bathrooms are available in the holiday home.

Tim, the owner, is a fantastic host. He will check on us frequently to ask if we needed anything and how it was going. Beautiful Kitchen, living room and bedrooms with incredible showers. I highly recommend this place if you're ever spending time on Cape Cod.

Our group of 9 ranging from 1 years old to 70 years old enjoyed staying here. Overall the home is clean and has adequate space for our group size. We utilized the kitchen a lot for cooking meals. It is fairly well equipped but could use a smaller frying pan and smaller mixing bowls. There is only one TV and couch. We felt like some of the other rooms could have used additional seating options. The location of the home is great.

Beautiful New Home

Great home for our Easter Weekend. It was exactly as pictured and described. Very nice home with all the amenities. Large rooms, King beds, beautiful kitchen and baths. Great for our group of 6 adults, but there was room for more.Short walk to the bike trail and hiking trails(Indian Lands Conservation Area). Ring Brothers Market is a must see. Looking forward to renting again.

The house was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and we felt right at home. Beds were so comfortable, and there is ample room to have have your own private spaces. It exceeded expectations!
