The work staff does all they can to help when things don't work in your room. Our television didn't work when we checked in and the night staff tried everything, in addition to supporting other customers who were also having trouble. This staff was supportive and apologetic. The problem was with the manager and staff who never reached out to apologize, even though we needed to share with the front desk twice to get someone to make our television work for our second night, the person who finally came stated they technically weren't on the clock, and we had to ask for the guaranteed refund when we checked out. I am not a difficult customer and understand that things can happen, but that no one reached out to us to apologize, and we had to ask for a refund that was promised was disappointing. This could be a great place to stay, but I would not recommend it.
