Upon departure set both thermostats to 60 degrees
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Bedding accomodations for up to 4 persons are one Queen bed in 1st bedroom, and one Queen bed in 2nd bedroom, excludes living room furniture.
All guest occupants must be disclosed at time of rental booking. NO ORGANIZED GROUPS, EVENTS, OR PARTIES without owner consent are allowed.
Ouside security cameras are disclosed in your welcome guide. The garage is for storage, and should NOT be used for private recreation or activity.
