Sneak away for the ski season and indulge in lakeside luxury at this vacation home featuring 2,830 square foot across two levels. Perfect as a base for skiing at Heavenly, Sierra, Kirkwood & Squaw Valley ski resorts. Your mountain getaway is available for easy long-term use (30-day minimum stay) and boasts fantastic indoor/outdoor living space with two decks, a Great Room, and a primary suite offering spectacular views. Set on a private beach in the prestigious gated community of Cascade Properties -- an area known for its exceptionally calm and crystal-clear waters. Minutes to Emerald Bay, Fallen Leaf Lake, and Camp Richardson.
The inviting great room features huge windows with sweeping water views. Unwind in the sitting area, detailed with comfortable furniture, while a granite wood-burning fireplace sits at the heart of the room. The family room offers two sofas and one queen sleeper sofa set before a 60-inch TV. Whip up hearty meals in the well-stocked kitchen, and gather at the dining table before a wall of windows. Mix drinks at the wet bar set beside a bistro table.
The spacious primary suite boasts a king bed, a 55-inch TV, and an en-suite with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a full-over-full bunk bed. A third bedroom offers a queen bed and deck access. Enjoy a half bath and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a washer/dryer are provided.
Step out to the upper-level deck for breathtaking lake views. There's seating for seven around a dining table and a grill. A lower-level deck leads to a shared dock.
