ABOUT THE STUDIO

Hardwood flooring flows throughout the living and sleeping area of this sharp studio cottage.

Spend sunny vacation days on the slopes at Heavenly in winter, and along the shores of Lakeside Beach in the summer. Then return home to your newly-renovated studio, where a 50in TV invites you to kick back and watch your favorite shows.

In the evening, you're within easy walking distance of the Heavenly Village. Find lively entertainment, a wide array of dining options, and boutique shopping right at your doorstep.

Or make use of the studio's full kitchen, outfitted with granite countertops and a suite of stainless steel appliances. Dine at the modern bistro table with two chairs.

Drift to sleep in the luxurious king bed with hotel-quality linens. Wake each morning to refresh in the full bathroom with a walk-in glass shower.

Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

LOCATION

Your newly renovated studio is ideally situated within walking distance (12 minutes) of Lakeside Beach, a beautiful stretch of sand with seasonal swimming, volleyball courts, playground, and beachside cafe. (Lakeside Beach is a privately-owned beach open to the public with the purchase of an entrance fee.)

You can also easily access the Heavenly Gondola & Village, 3 blocks away. Or drive 10 minutes to popular Zephyr Cove Resort, and get out on the water with boat rentals and paddlewheel cruises.

THE FINE PRINT

Strict ordinances govern Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 2 people and 1 car, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day (meaning even an afternoon BBQ with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy may result in eviction. No hot tub use after 10pm. This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups. No smoking or pets permitted. Business License # 009452

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
