This spacious 5 bedroom/3.5 bathroom Farmhouse + 2 bedroom/1 bath Guesthouse with beautiful Stratton Mountain views is perfect for reunions, ski trips, multigenerational vacations. The two houses share a driveway and are just minutes from multiple ski mountains, state parks, restaurants, supermarket, shopping and more to enjoy year-round. Both house have been extensively painted and renovated, with new fixtures, lights, ceiling fans, and other amenities. MAIN HOUSE: The Main House is spacious, with approximately 3,500 square feet of floor space. There are a total of 5 bedrooms, 11 beds and 3.5 bathrooms. Updated house includes the following amenities: comfortable oversized couches, wood burning fireplace, smart TVs, high speed internet, two washers and dryers, two beverage fridges, shuffleboard and foosball tables and more. The finished lower level includes an oversized couch facing a 70” smart TV plus a game area. The first floor includes the well-appointed full kitchen, dining room, full bathroom, porch with sitting area and table overlooking a breathtaking view of Stratton Mountain and the nearby farmland, living room with oversized couch, large TV and large wood-burning fireplace. The second floor includes 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms: Bedroom 1 king size bed; Bedroom 2 king size bed; Bedroom 3 queen bed + 2 twin bunkbeds; Bedroom 4 queen bed. The third floor includes a half bathroom surrounded by two sleeping areas openly connected. One side of the room has 2 twin beds and the other side has 2 twin beds + double bed. GUESTHOUSE: The Guesthouse is a very comfortable 800 square feet. There are two bedrooms, 4 beds and 1 bathroom + high speed internet throughout. The first floor includes a mudroom, 2 queen beds and a twin. The second floor includes a bedroom with a queen bed, a living area with a smart TV, dining table and a full kitchen. The houses are approximately a 15-minute drive to the base of Stratton, 15 minutes to Magic Mountain, 15 minutes to Bromley, 30 minutes to Okemo and Mount Snow. Guests have access to the entire property including the Farmhouse, Guesthouse, 3+ acre backyard including two firepits with ample outdoor seating of new Adirondak chairs and picnic tables. Other things to note: House has 2 pack-and-plays available for use + 1 in the Guesthouse. Two large and fully functional grills are available, one by the Main House and the other by the Guest House. Dogs visit the home on occasion so if you are allergic, please take this into consideration. Dogs are welcome with pre-approval. House is family friendly but not child/baby proofed. Games and outdoor games (cornhole) available for use. Seasonal outdoor shower located at the Guest House entrance.
