The property is on the bay side, off the main road, providing easy access to most anything you want to do. Had a very nice time, decided to stay the week. Got a chance to do some fishing, bike the beach and greater island, dance, sing, laugh, joke around, shop, go to a variety of restaurants and bars, enjoy live music, mingle, run a 5k, visit the parks, enjoy the attractions, do Casino Nite and watch SpaceX launch their megarocket successfully! Had a great time, thanks to everyone who had a part in my wonderful stay! -T

Great value. My stay was great and I had an awesome time! I will be back - already have been several times! Friendly office staff. Good housekeepers. South Padre Island is a real gem. Just don't trash our beaches or waters. Enjoy! Be safe!!!

They now require a cash deposit. You have to wait after inspection to get back your deposit which is inconvenience. They will not be offering free parking during peak season and deposit will be higher as well.

The stuff was really rude. Nowhere in the expedia app says its 100$ cash deposit! I showed them and they said i have to call and still give the deposit so I drove to an ATM and got the cash. However, when i told them about expedia not having the cash details they said I have to call. NO YOU HAVE TO CALL! Its your hotel, more guests will come with no cash cause its not advertised. For sure I know not to stay in this hotel ever again. The room was dirty, had old eyelashes stuck to counter tops. At checkout time another lady at front desk said “i dont have time to check the room to give deposit back, so ill give you the cash and if anything ill use your card” i said NO MAM, go check the room right now because thats the purpose of the cash, i waisted time at check in when I couldve just given deposit with my credit card, she got mad and checked the room and gave me the cash back. They are not friendly, very rude and mean.

This hotel is not what you expect. Once you get there to check in they tell you you have to pay $7.00 fee and then there is a deposit. Mine was $60.00. I'm not sure what it would be if you stayed longer than we did

I did not like the service of front desk. Once I tried checking in, I got the vibe that I may end up owing money for something. They have a price list posted for random hypothetical damages and they immediately warn you you will get charged for this and that. If I could have cancelled my reservation without losing my money, I would have and paid a little extra for staying elsewhere. I would not stay there again.

I didn’t stay. There was mold or mildew on the wall visible under the peeling wall paper. I’m appalled that girls.com does not honor my refund request for this. I have the pictures and video to prove it.
