This unit is particularly unique because of its ground floor proximity to the board walk leading to the beach and its floor-to-ceiling windows which present you a constant and magnificent view of the dunes and beach shore line. We enjoyed our spring break here with two teenage boys. We had great communication with Ed before arrival and while onsite. The unit is right on the beach with easy access and is at the end of the beach (right before Isla Blanca Park) so there was not a big crowd at the beach. There were plenty of beach chairs and accessories in the owners closet. The pool and hot tub were clean, providing a great break from the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I stayed here with my family for 6 days over the 4yh of July weekend. The property was amazing and my kids really enjoyed the pool, and how easy it was to get to the beach. The kitchen was the MOST well stocked kitchen I've ever had while travelling. It was a great little place
