The condo was really really old, it needs to be updated. When we walked in the ceiling in one of the bathrooms was leaking, was the AC. They did fix it right away. Cracked ceiling in multiple locations. Balcony views are really nice and facilities are nice but I did notice people staying in the property were bringing outside people in the pool area…Like their whole family. There is a townhouse complex right in front of the building so you have to walk through that to get to the beach.

My family and I had an amazing time celebrating my wife’s birthday. The views were unforgettable and stunning and the security guard Shawn was so helpful and welcoming. We are already planning to come back again next year!

Spacious two story unit with ocean views

South Tower. Two story unit. PROS: - spacios - ocean views from first floor - bay views from the bedrooms - within 5 minute walk from beach - private parking - swimming pool CONS: - AC unit by master bedroom (on balcony) makes so much noise, day & night - water takes long to empty out in shower & sinks - the welcome "kit" of one tlilet paper roll & one paper towel roll is too limited for a two story, two bedroom unit. having to run out to search for toilet paper in an island with only one or two stores is very inconvenient - although a beach front unit, there was a lot of sand on the floor by entrance when we checked into the unit

Yes, the property is an older property, but our room was very nice. The access to the beach, the pool options, and being able to walk around and be near all kinds of things to do, was the best. The room was really nice, the view was wonderful. The only thing I would suggest is changing the blinds. They were very hard to be able to use, without feeling like you were going to break them. Those long blind types have always been horrible, even in other places we had them. Maybe some nice pull down would be better and to be able to keep some light out in the morning. Other than that, the room had everything we needed. Definitely will be back.

I stayed in Unit 218 and it was very nice. The kitchen was fully stocked and the bedroom was cozy and large. The only disappointment was it didn't have a beach view. It does have a lovely view of the pool and foliage. They did some power washing one morning and woke me. The office wasn't always open at the times listed.

The condo was clean, conveniently located and quiet until Friday, when more people showed up. Then it became somewhat noisy with people playing loud music in their vehicles. Some improvements that could be made are something other than blinds on the top windows. The blinds are noisy, The lights from the other condos shined in the space all night. Also, the utensils in the condo were not very helpful, cheap plastic. Wood might work better. A cutting board would be nice. Last, there should be a fire escape plan in each unit in case of a fire. The fire alarm went off this morning and we all had to evacuate.

I really love the views of the ocean, we was in walking distance of restaurants, the beach access was very close, pool was warm rooms was very clean. We did see roaches in the kitchen we called no one called out we purchased roach spray and still saw roaches in the kitchen that’s the only part we saw roaches at they also do not provide toiletries once you run out you have to purchase who has space in a luggage for toilet tissue to be brought back I would say with the beach being so close they should provide a umbrella in the unit for use but other than that I would rent again
