Wall lamps were severely rusted, so was microwave and the safe. TV was broken and didn't have a remote. Bedding sheets had stains. Bathroom area was the worst part. Shower started cold and slowly stayed permanently hot. Towel was on the floor. Toilet area was really unclean. There was urine under the toilet ring and dried poop at the back of it. A hotel stay should make you feel relaxed not give you major anxiety.

No more super 8 for me.

They changed my booking, the same day I was supposed to check-in, without telling me, then offered no help when trying to fix the situation after I’d had the reservation for months. They didn’t answer the phone, so it was a total headache. I had to take time to go in person to try to resolve the “issue” and they referred me to the Expedia app to take care of it. Luckily found a better place the same night to stay at. I don’t even know if I’ll be reimbursed the nights I booked. Used to always use Super 8. Not anymore.

There were 3 of us, each with our own room, and we all agree we would never return to this property! The woman checking us in was rude, and unfriendly. We each had to pay a $100 deposit - not just hold our credit card in case. This has never happened before. The rooms were pathetic. Lamps with no shades; just bare light bulbs. Dresser drawers that hung open and wouldn’t close. No soap, dingy linens, and dirty. The man who was there at check-out was not much better.

At first when you get there you think the hotel would be cheap. Then they have all these unnecessary fees like paying for a parking pass which should be included and they made us pay an additional fee for wristbands that was not needed too. The room we stayed at had an air conditioning unit that was leaking and one of the couches was broken. We asked them to fix it and they said they would not nothing was done. They are not even refunding my deposit for the stay too which they said they would. There isn’t any damage or anything in that regard. Book this hotel if you want to get scammed out of your hard earned money. This is the worst hotel and service I have ever experienced and would not recommend even my worst enemy to stay here. Truly disheartening.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life during spring break. Unnecessary fees, unnecessary attitude from staff, and most importantly the amount they are charging for the rooms is insane. Paid over $500 for a room that doesn’t even have a working tv, and couldn’t get extra towels without returning the towels that already come in my room. Room only came with 3 big towels and for 4 adults that want to go to the pool and shower that just seems unnecessary for the amount that theyre charging you. Beds don’t have actual blankets, just sheets. Tv wasn’t working, went to the phone in my room and the phone doesn’t even work to call the front desk, the lamps in the room didn’t work either. Called the front desk and lady told me someone would come to the room to fix it. Waited over an hour and no one came. Had to go to the front desk myself and ask and the lady was laughing about the maintenance man forgetting to come fix the tv. She came to the room and tried fixing it but the tv was not working at all. SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! there are so many other nicer motels/hotels in the area that are so MUCH BETTER and MORE AFFORDABLE!!!!

Not a good stay.

The lady that Checked us in was very efficient was friendly no problem at all checking in. Went to take a shower. No water pressure. Called front office said they would sent someone to look at it the next day or they would switch us rooms. Never got fixed never got a different room. Beds were well worn. Tried to check out on the day . Waited and waited nobody ever showed up to check us out. 😞

Un expexted additional fee

I reserved through Hotels.com and prepaid all except for parking($25). However, I had to pay addition $25 x 2 person they said called "Spring Break fee". I explained staff that is not expexted fee but they sad manager told to do this and staff has no authority to waive. As the Spring Break fee was not shown in your system as I reviewed and reserved, I would like to be refunded. Please let me know why happened this in the hotel counter.
