This is two units in one house connected by a laundry room! Host your whole crew here but give the in-laws or the kids their own little apartment! Enjoy a private backyard, fire pit, gas grill, sunroom and a very centrally located home minutes from downtown Portland while also having easy access (10+ awesome nature spots all <15 minutes drive) to some of the best parks and beaches Southern Maine has to offer! Use the provided beach pass for 24 hour access Scarborough Beach State Park, Two Lights State Park, Crescent Beach State Park and Ferry Beach.

Please note- This is on a road that is very busy during the day. It can be challenging to get out of the driveway and guests have noted road noise. The guests who have noted this have also said they were not personally bothered by it but some people may be.
During your stay at this holiday home, you're just a quick walk from Casco Bay. Laundry facilities are available. 2 bathrooms and a washing machine are available in the holiday home.
