Wonderful Experience!

Adorable, clean, and comfortable hotel, tucked away but near everything! The owner is very accommodating and friendly. The bed was great too, can't remember when I slept so well.

We had a wonderful stay at Cape Cod Motor Inn. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was specious and clean, and the photos on the website really don’t do it justice. In the morning there was complimentary coffee with a pastry, which was a lovely touch. We’d love to come back!

A very quaint, old fashioned style ( pine paneling) motel. It was very comfortable and roomy. It had a comfortable bed, a good sized refrigerator, great shower and bathtub, and tasty Continental breakfast with great coffee. In addition, it is located about a 5-10 minute drive from a stretch of beaches. Greg and his staff are very friendly and helpful. We would definitely return here.

I thought everything was just lovely and would stay there again. My only criticism was the duvet instead of a top sheet and blanket. It was a coolish night and I would have loved to have slept with the windows open, but the duvet was so hot we needed to use the AC instead.

Sweet and comfy

I normally stay a little more "upscale" than the CCMI, but I was taken by the positive reviews. And I must say that the reviewers were correct! The owner (I chatted with him at check-in, and again at coffee the next morning) is clearly running this place as a 'labor of love,' and it shows -- it's super-sweet, clean, and comfortable, without being fancy. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful stay. Rooms are very clean. Decor has a nostalgic feel, they kept the character of the room while renovating and it has a lot of charm. Soft and comfortable bedding, as well as quiet and extremely efficient air conditioning. Owner was very welcoming and responsive. Nice touch having coffee and delicious pastries in the mornings. The grounds are also maintained very well with nice plantings. Definitely stay here.

The room and facilities were stylishly renovated — both lovely and comfortable. The host was very kind and gave us a warm welcome. Great location with easy parking. We only stayed one night, but it’s definitely worth coming back.

My husband and I stay over the weekend. Such a sweet place. The room was spacious, clean and had all the comforts needed. The hospitality reminded us of places we stayed in Ireland. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The property was well kept with lots of lovely flowers and landscaping. We'll definitely book when we come to the area again.

New owners give this place a GREAT REBIRTH

I needed to pick up overnight lodging for a few days last minute and found Cape Cod Motor Inn. I was pleasantly surprised at how great the room was. I realized when I got there that I had actually stayed here before (but by PREVIOUS OWNER) which had been subpar. But now after FULL remodeling I found out, was a totally better experience. Clean, well thought out, nice bedding, good fridge, and great owners. Great location, plenty of parking. Highly recommended!
