Walking distance to the iconic Skipper Restaurant and Chowder House and so many other attractions like mini-golf, the Pirate Museum, and much more!

The cozy and comfortable one-floor layout includes a front living room, master with ensuite master bath, kitchen/dining area, center family room, two additional bedrooms, two additional full baths, and a separate small kitchen/pantry in the back of the house (with separate entrance).
