Nestled within a ravine along the Pedernales River, the property spans over 2.5 acres of land and boasts breathtaking views of the Texas Hill Country. You will feel 1,000 miles away while still being close to all of the exciting outdoor activities Spicewood and Lake Travis have to offer. The house consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is complete with everything you could need, whether you are enjoying a nice staycation away from the City or experiencing the Austin area for the first time. Cool off in the luxurious pool while you catch a game or watch a movie under the Gazebo! Work up a sweat on the pickleball court! Roast marshmallows at the fire pit adjacent to the river! Show off your meat smoking skills on the green egg! Enjoy a nice cocktail during a game of cutthroat on the pool table! Take out the paddle boards for a Pedernales adventure! With so many activities available, you may not ever want to leave the house; however, if you do, we have some great recommendations for you! Fabulous property! Great house! Fantastic Thanksgiving weekend for our entire family - from 4 yrs to 80! As it is a new listing, there were a few things that we needed help with, but the owner/manager was super responsive and helpful in getting things resolved. Great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Will visit again, for sure!
