Brand new one-bedroom apartments located in the east part of Split, near the two largest shopping centers in Dalmatia (Mall of Split and City Centre One). The apartments are situated on the fourth floor and can accommodate up to 3 people. To ensure the safety of our guests as well as the building tenants, we have installed security cameras on the fourth floor. We request our guests to refrain from hosting any kind of parties or creating excessive noise during their stay.

This is one of our 6 apartments and it has a free parking space in the garage, which is easily accessible by an elevator. For all those traveling on business, we have an option of providing you with a company invoice (VAT included), and we secured a stable and fast Wi-Fi.
If you are looking for a modern apartment away from everyday fuss, but still a 10-minute drive from all the important attractions, we invite you to visit our ‘’6 islands’’.
You will also find a supermarket and a bar on the ground floor of the building.

We are happy to make your arrival easier, so if you book your stay with us, we will send you detailed information on how to find us once you are in Split.
Our apartments have a self-check-in system and our guests will receive all the details on how to enter the apartment and garage one day before their arrival or we will welcome them upon arrival.

Tourist tax is not included in the price of the apartment, and it will be charged upon arrival.
Towels and linen are available in the apartment. Cleaning tools (floor mop, broom, sponge, detergents, etc.) are also included. You do not have to worry about basic condiments as we took care of that. Upon your request, we can also provide you with a baby cot or a high chair for your little one, an iron, and an ironing board.
There is a safe in the apartment, so you can keep your valuables protected.
If you need a recommendation for restaurants, nightlife, beaches, or excursions, please let us know as we remain at your disposal at all times.

The building is located in a quiet neighborhood, and it is only a 2-minute walking distance from one of the greatest shopping centers around - Mall of Split. If you find yourself in Split on a rainy day, you can spend it there, taking advantage of all the activities available. The closest supermarket and bar are on the ground floor of the building. A 5-minute drive from the closest beach. If you don’t come by car, you can take a taxi or simply walk to the closest bus station (1 minute away). The center of the town is just 3 kilometers away.
