There have been several negative reviews regarding this hotel and I couldn’t disagree more. Although I can’t comment on the restaurant for dinner - the selection at breakfast is ample. Originally being a party of 10 which became 6 the reception staff were very flexible when I requested to swap all of our rooms around. 3 of us were in an executive room on the 8th floor - this room was brilliant, spacious, 2 toilets with a shower and a bath. Sea view. Towels changed daily. I messaged ahead of our stay and the staff provided a bouquet of flowers balloons and Prosecco. One of our rooms had a faulty tv and they changed it with hours. The only downside we experienced was a sticky door which they did mention in advance. Staff were friendly and efficient - I think some people find them abrupt and rude but I think this can some times be down to a language barrier. The beach front directly in front is now open although still works going on close by - this didn’t impact us at all. Pool area is nice although water is freezing! I door pool jacuzzi and spa treatments are great. We had a lovely stay and would return.

The front desk staff were decidedly unfriendly and not very helpful. The bar staff were the opposite kind and helpful There is major construction directly in front of the property which creates a less than pleasant view. The rooms were large and well appointed Overall an okay property

Unfortunately, not noted when you book this lovely hotel is right in the middle of A Building site. They are making a new prom Which when finished will Be great but at the moment, All we saw was Bob the builder and hundreds of dump trucks

Beautiful, beautiful hotel. Unfortunately, when we visited in September, there was construction going all around the hotel. We were not able to go out and do any walking to the tourist area because of the construction.

there was construction going on outside hotel all along the beachfront. i feel we should have been made aware at least prior to staying. that being said, it was a lovely place to stay, and beach amazing. quiet too for us, assuming because of the construction :-)

This is just about a four star hotel. It lacks the staff attention to detail that is required. Our room was missed for cleaning for 2 of the 6 nights. The staff were unapologetic and the bar prices were eye watering. I understand that the construction will be over in a year or so but we didn't get any warning. It would not take much to get this to a first class hotel.

Amazing hotel, friendly staff, and lovely pool overlooking the sea. Pebble beach on the sea, great with water shoes. There was construction during our stay, but it wasn’t much of an inconvenience… We took Ubers and walked home from the old city and beaches. Highly recommend!

Staff looked unkempt when we were checking in. Breakfast subpar at best. Staff eager to clear tables and didn’t allow you to finish breakfast comfortably and at leisure. I had half an eaten plate left and went to refill my drink when they cleared the table. Room was spacious, but king sized bed actually meant two singles joined by a blanket… not impressed at all. Nothing much else to say about the place. For a four star hotel and it’s prize could be better in a lot of senses.
