Ylellinen huoneisto Diocletianuksen palatsin sydämessä, suurella terassilla.

Ylellinen ensimmäisen kerroksen huoneisto lepää antiikin Rooman Diocletianuksen palatsin sydämessä. Huoneistossa on 2/3 antelias suhteessa kahden hengen huonetta, iso olohuone / ruokailutila, 3 tilavaa kylpyhuonetta ja iso oma terassi. Huoneistossa on kaikki mukavuudet, kuten jääkaappi / pakastin, pesukone, astianpesukone, mikroaaltouuni, Sonos wifi-äänijärjestelmä, kaapeli. Televisiossa on englantilainen elokuvakanava, Wi-Fi-yhteys, grillausmahdollisuus ja hiustenkuivaaja jokaisessa kylpyhuoneessa. Meillä on myös kansainvälisiä virta- ja USB-pistorasioita molemmissa makuuhuoneissa sekä ruokasalissa. Lastenhoitopalvelut ja tervetuliaispaketit voidaan järjestää pyynnöstä. Diocletianuksen palatsi on jalankulkijoiden vyöhyke, mikä tarkoittaa, että parkkipaikka on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Valittavana on maksullinen ja ilmainen pysäköinti, vaikka ilmainen pysäköinti onkin hieman kauempana. Kiinteistöön pääsee taksilla tai linja-autolla Splitin lentokentältä, joka kestää noin 30 minuuttia. Miksi emme anna meidän järjestää yksityistä noutoa lentokentältä samaan hintaan kuin taksia - käytämme Gecko-retkiä, erinomaista paikallista matkanjärjestäjää, joka tarjoaa myös alennuksen monista paikallisista matkoista (räätälöityjä tai mainostettuja) Prisca-vieraille.

First I have to say that the hosts, Baldo and Nikolina, were the best hosts I'ver had anywhere in the world. They were kind and friendly and extremely helpful with absolutely everything including some great restaurant recommendations. The apartment and location are great. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because of an issue we had with the apartment owners (who are in England) when a soap dispenser fell off the rack and broke on my friend's foot. We notified the hosts right away and they let the owners know. The owners reached out by email and asked us to pay an unreasonable amount to replace the entire 3 dispenser system, I checked on line and a single dispenser cost less than half of what they wanted us to pay and they were quite snarky when I questioned them. In all of their email replies they repeated my name over and over, as if they were reprimanding a child. This did not go over well and a different approach would have resulted in a better outcome for everyone.

We highly recommend the Luxury Apartment for anyone wishing to stay in the heart of the Diocletian Palace in Old Town Split. The recently renovated apartment is stunning, with ancient-looking stone walls complemented by modern conveniences. We loved eating and relaxing on the elegant patio. Excellent and responsive hosts make this an ideal place to call home during your visit to Split.

The hosts were amazing! We had some family issues prior to our trip and they were very sympathetic and accommodating. The property managers, Baldo and Nickolina, were beyond gracious. They were very communicative. Baldo arranged transportation to and from the airport and gave us lots of recommendations of things to do and restaurants to try. All were spot on!

This is an excellent property. It is spotlessly clean and has all that you need. The outdoor terrace was a wonderful place to sit and relax, away from the busy streets below. Baldo and Nickolina were brilliant - helpful with information and close by if needed.

Location inside the old city is amazing. Property managers Baldo and Nikolina contacted us ahead of visit and we arranged to have Baldo pick up each couple at the airport. They were SO helpful, nice and responsive. Great restaurant recommendations. In fact Baldo arranged a tour of Krka national park and Sibonik when our boat trip was cancelled due to wind. Can’t thank them enough. Also, property is clean, spacious and safe. Great rental.

The location is superb in old town Split with easy accessiblity to the ferries and attractions. Baldo was amazing, he helped us with our bags both at check-in and check-out and was quick to respond to any of our questions! Superb

I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay in Split was, and much of that was because of this property. Everything was exactly as the pictures on the listing show, the apartment is beautiful, clean and well kept. We utilized both the bedrooms as well as the pullout couch. It worked perfectly for our family of 5. The outdoor space was wonderful, you could feel the energy of split when sitting outside (and I mean this in the best way) but inside was so quiet you would never know you were in the heart of Diocletian’s Palace. And about that, you truly can not beat this location. It is unbelievable and you won’t understand how unbelievable it is until you arrive. To add on to all the reasons this is a great place to stay Baldo, the property manager, was so helpful throughout our stay. He even drove us to the airport and offered interesting information about Split along the way. Do not hesitate to book this property!

Very nice apartment in the hotspot of Split

This is a spacious and nicely decorated apartment in the best part of Split. A renovated old building. Very good for a family with grown kids. The hosts are Nikolina and Bardo which is the best couple as host that we have ever meet. Good and often communication before and during arrival and stay - very responsive. Nikolina gave us good advice for small local restaurants with very fine food - and advice for view-points. Give Nikolina and Baldo a tip, they deserve it. The apartment was very clean.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Split. The property was as indicated and was clean and well maintained as well as in a great location. This property was convenient to everything! The hosts, Baldo and Nikolino, couldn’t have been nicer or more responsive! They were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, including a free parking spot just a few blocks away. Lovely stay in historic central Split

We spent 4 nights at this beautiful apartment which is spacious and very well equipped- very comfortable bedrooms and wonderful bathrooms.It was great to have the outdoor terrace. Excellent location in the heart of the old town. It was never noisy and the apartment was always peaceful and cool.Baldo the host provided lots of useful information when we arrived which we greatly appreciated.We thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

Spectacular Stay in Split

We were in Croatia for our daughter's college graduation trip and found this gorgeous apartment within the old city walls. Baldo was a great host! He picked us up from the airport and gave us a bit of history on our drive to the apartment. The apartment itself was super clean and well decorated. It is located in a fantastic part of town and right across from the best coffee shop in the area. The location was super convenient to everything we wanted to do in Split. I highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again!

Perfection in Split

There are not enough wonderful things to say about every aspect of this trip. The pictures do not do the apartment justice. The place was immaculately clean. The placement was superb as it was situated directly inside of the palace walls. Easy walking distance to everything. but the most priceless ammenity to this property was Baldo and Nikolina, the property managers. There wasn't anything they didn't help with, whether it was figuring out how to use the washing machine or how to tell the tour driver where to pick us up they were beyond helpful. I would book there again in a hot minute. You won't regret any part of it. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Excellent apartment

Baldo, our host picked us up at the airport and dropped us off when we left. He a delivery fitful host. He told us about the history of Split and helped with anything we needed. The apartment is fabulous. Large with two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. It’s large and well equipped. We loved the terrace where we ate and relaxed I highly recommend this city, apartment and Baldo our host. We would definitely return.

Family Time in Split

We enjoyed our stay in the “palace” in Split! Loved the location! Loved the history. And Baldo was excellent as a host! He shared knowledge of the area, history, places to visit and great restaurants too! We also loved the little coffee shop across from the entrance to our place. Highly recommend this place! Thoroughly charmed

The property and location were magical. A beautiful, bright, spacious apartment in the heart of so much history. And Baldo was responsive with great food and activity trips. We wish we were staying longer. December is a great time to be in Split.
