Ylellinen ensimmäisen kerroksen huoneisto lepää antiikin Rooman Diocletianuksen palatsin sydämessä. Huoneistossa on 2/3 antelias suhteessa kahden hengen huonetta, iso olohuone / ruokailutila, 3 tilavaa kylpyhuonetta ja iso oma terassi. Huoneistossa on kaikki mukavuudet, kuten jääkaappi / pakastin, pesukone, astianpesukone, mikroaaltouuni, Sonos wifi-äänijärjestelmä, kaapeli. Televisiossa on englantilainen elokuvakanava, Wi-Fi-yhteys, grillausmahdollisuus ja hiustenkuivaaja jokaisessa kylpyhuoneessa. Meillä on myös kansainvälisiä virta- ja USB-pistorasioita molemmissa makuuhuoneissa sekä ruokasalissa. Lastenhoitopalvelut ja tervetuliaispaketit voidaan järjestää pyynnöstä. Diocletianuksen palatsi on jalankulkijoiden vyöhyke, mikä tarkoittaa, että parkkipaikka on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Valittavana on maksullinen ja ilmainen pysäköinti, vaikka ilmainen pysäköinti onkin hieman kauempana. Kiinteistöön pääsee taksilla tai linja-autolla Splitin lentokentältä, joka kestää noin 30 minuuttia. Amazing apartment in the Old Town. Brilliant location. The apartment is filled with character and has heaps of space. Our group of 5 really appreciated the 3 bathrooms. Spectacular Stay in Split

We were in Croatia for our daughter's college graduation trip and found this gorgeous apartment within the old city walls. Baldo was a great host! He picked us up from the airport and gave us a bit of history on our drive to the apartment. The apartment itself was super clean and well decorated. It is located in a fantastic part of town and right across from the best coffee shop in the area. The location was super convenient to everything we wanted to do in Split. I highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again!

Perfection in Split

There are not enough wonderful things to say about every aspect of this trip. The pictures do not do the apartment justice. The place was immaculately clean. The placement was superb as it was situated directly inside of the palace walls. Easy walking distance to everything. but the most priceless ammenity to this property was Baldo and Nikolina, the property managers. There wasn't anything they didn't help with, whether it was figuring out how to use the washing machine or how to tell the tour driver where to pick us up they were beyond helpful. I would book there again in a hot minute. You won't regret any part of it. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Excellent apartment

Baldo, our host picked us up at the airport and dropped us off when we left. He a delivery fitful host. He told us about the history of Split and helped with anything we needed. The apartment is fabulous. Large with two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. It’s large and well equipped. We loved the terrace where we ate and relaxed I highly recommend this city, apartment and Baldo our host. We would definitely return.

Family Time in Split

We enjoyed our stay in the “palace” in Split! Loved the location! Loved the history. And Baldo was excellent as a host! He shared knowledge of the area, history, places to visit and great restaurants too! We also loved the little coffee shop across from the entrance to our place. Highly recommend this place! We had an amazing trip. Baldo is the best host there is. Lives right next door and catered to every need. The apartment was spacious, 3 bathrooms and great hot water and pressure. Great location and great little coffee shop right nnext door.

Comfy digs in the Diocletian Palace

We loved this place. The location is brilliant, right within the walls of the Diocletian Palace. It’s well maintained. The outdoor patio is a big plus. Two comfortable bedrooms and a pullout couch for two more. Great efficiency kitchen and a big dining table for meals. And three bathrooms with showers in each. The owners are great and very knowledgeable about the area. There is a magic to the neighborhood.

Book this place if you want to stay in Old Town

Perfect location within Old Town despite the insane crowds just outside our door during our August visit. Virtually no noise with the windows closed and the a/c on. The apartment was immaculate. Plenty of room to spread out. My adult son slept on the pullout couch and reported it to be very comfortable, as were all the beds. Baldo could not have been more charming and gracious.

Amazing Location and Host

What a great house, location was perfect, the terrace was a plus. Steps away from the best coffee place in the palace. We wish we had more time in Split and look forward to coming back. Baldo was wonderful, our driver from the ferry was late so Baldo came and helped us with our luggage and we had multiple family members check in at different times and he was super responsive with all of us. A plus host. House was high end and top notch from amenities and decorations.

Just as great as the first time!

Our group of four stayed for the most wonderful week. It was the second visit for my husband & me and just as wonderful! Baldo & his wife did absolutely everything to make our stay perfect. The layout for 2 couples gives everyone the space they need although we spent a lot of time on the terrace. We hope to be back again soon!

Croatian Vacation

The apartment is awesome. Spacious, well decorated, well equipped, perfect location. It's like it wasn't enough to be a perfect accommodation, therefore, they included the best property managers Baldo and Nikolina. They were always available, helpful and a wealth of knowledge on the history of the Split region. The picture and description are exact. If we return to Split this will be where we stay.
