Luxury Apartment in the heart of Diocletian’s Palace with large private terrace.

Luxury first floor apartment nestled in the heart of the ancient Roman Diocletian's palace. The apartment has 2/3 generously proportioned double bedrooms, large living and dining area, 2(3 in 2027) spacious bathrooms and a large private terrace. Please note that the third bedroom doubles up as the sitting room and the bed is a sofa bed. The apartment offers all conveniences including, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, cable. TV with English movie channel, good Wi Fi connection, BBQ facilities and mounted hairdriers in each bathroom. We also have international power and usb sockets in each bedroom, as well as the dining room. Babysitting facilities and welcome packs can be arranged on request. Diocletian’s Palace is a pedestrianised zone, which means that car parking is a short walk away. There is a choice between paid and free parking, although free parking is slightly further away.The property can be reached by taxi or coach from Split airport which takes about 30 mins or why not allow us to arrange a private pick up from the airport for the same price as a taxi - we use Gecko tours, an excellent local tour operator who also offers a discount on many local tours (bespoke or advertised) for Prisca guests.

NB. Please note - this apartment is for a maximum of 6 people and unauthorised accommodation of any further guests will risk further charges.

We highly recommend the Luxury Apartment for anyone wishing to stay in the heart of the Diocletian Palace in Old Town Split. The recently renovated apartment is stunning, with ancient-looking stone walls complemented by modern conveniences. We loved eating and relaxing on the elegant patio. Excellent and responsive hosts make this an ideal place to call home during your visit to Split.

The hosts were amazing! We had some family issues prior to our trip and they were very sympathetic and accommodating. The property managers, Baldo and Nickolina, were beyond gracious. They were very communicative. Baldo arranged transportation to and from the airport and gave us lots of recommendations of things to do and restaurants to try. All were spot on!

We had a fabulous stay at the apartment! We used the living room area as a third bedroom and had plenty of room using the lovely outdoor balcony. The location is superb in old town Split with easy accessiblity to the ferries and attractions. Lovely stay in historic central Split

We spent 4 nights at this beautiful apartment which is spacious and very well equipped- very comfortable bedrooms and wonderful bathrooms.It was great to have the outdoor terrace. Excellent location in the heart of the old town. It was never noisy and the apartment was always peaceful and cool.Baldo the host provided lots of useful information when we arrived which we greatly appreciated.We thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

This is where you want to stay in Split. Heart of the city, close to everything

We had an amazing trip. Baldo is the best host there is. Lives right next door and catered to every need. The apartment was spacious, 3 bathrooms and great hot water and pressure. Great location and great little coffee shop right nnext door.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Split. The property was as indicated and was clean and well maintained as well as in a great location. This property was convenient to everything! The hosts, Baldo and Nikolino, couldn’t have been nicer or more responsive! They were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, including a free parking spot just a few blocks away. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Split!

Family Time in Split

We enjoyed our stay in the “palace” in Split! Loved the location! Loved the history. And Baldo was excellent as a host! He shared knowledge of the area, history, places to visit and great restaurants too! We also loved the little coffee shop across from the entrance to our place. Highly recommend this place! It’s perfect for our family of 6 adults.
