Great stay. Close to the city center. Very quite. Dino is very responsive. There was an issue with the bathroom that was resolved quickly by Dino. The photos on Expedia are very nice. They make the room look more luxurious than it is. Still nice though.

Apartment was in an excellent location. Air conditioning and blackout shutters were great. Photos were a little misleading as the room and balcony were smaller than expected. Would have been great to have a more secure way to store luggage after checkout, as well as having coffee and tea provided in the room.

A great place for two to discover Split! Our stay was lovely with a little balcony for two and walkable to downtown and surrounding beaches and ferry’s to surrounding islands. Using Uber was easy and very convenient from the airport to Fetivi. There is no check in area and is done all online with the owners. Thank you for a lovely stay!

An air bnb close to the old town. Was very clean. It had a kettle & mini fridge, but no iron. Was a slight noise from the water heater working that woke me up once the first night but was fine with a closed bathroom door

Centrally-located in Split

The room was clean. The water pressure was fantastic. The water temperature was great. The air conditioner did its job. The location was perfect for what we needed. The bed was comfortable. It was less than a 10-minute walk to the ferry station ... downhill. We couldn't ask for more for the price.

Great location

Easy to get to from the bus station. No need for taxi. Can easily wheel luggage. Close to small supermarket and pharmacy. And great short walk to Riva and Old Town through a market.

If you’re looking for a full service hotel, this is not it. The listing on Expedia is a bit misleading. I wouldn’t even consider this a hotel. It’s a hallway with 5 or maybe 6 rooms off of it. You will not be greeted by any staff. Access to the “hotel hallway” and the rooms is by a key code. There is no front desk or amenities of any kind. All correspondence was via text which was very responsive and effective. The location is great! So if you’re looking for a no-fuss place to sleep, this is a great choice.

Overall a nice apartment in a quiet neighbourhood

Comfortable and clean apartment in a quiet neighbourhood in a good location near to the historic old centre. Easy self check-in with friendly and helpful host. The view was not very good though - just facing other blocks of flats. Also, only a minor thing but only 2 green tea sachets were provided. Would have been nice to have more choice such as coffee, regular tea and sugars too.

We arrived well before the 2:00 check in but Ivan was quite accommodating. He cared for our bags and we found a place for coffee. Ivan texted us when the room was ready including room codes for access.

Perfect place to drop your things and explore

Lovely, spacious quiet room. Very well kept and comfortable with a terrific waterfall shower. The property is in a quiet, residential area in walking distance of Old Town with self check-in. It’s a little strange walking up at first to what seems like a residential building/floor but the rooms are very nice. Keep an eye out for the folded ear kitty outside!

The host Dino was very friendly and provided all information needed: from checking in to restaurant recommendations. The location is ideal - less than five minutes walking to old town but in a very quiet area. I would strongly recommend this property to travelers without car.
