Luxury apartment on two floors 150m2 with private garden and pool in the first row of the sea. Right on the pebble beach. Boat launch in front of the house possible with a buoy.
On the ground floor, a noble living room with a fully equipped kitchen and an open dining area. Hedonistic sea, garden and pool views. Guest toilet, double room en suite. 1st floor with 2 double rooms en suite (shower / bath, toilet). Cozy garden with a great pool. Weber grill and cozy dining table under a shady pergola, deck chairs and lounge chairs for chilling out. 1-2 parking spaces in front of the house. In the same house there is only one penthouse apartment with a large balcony, which however has no access to the garden or Pool, so you have the feeling of living in a family house. Satellite TV in all rooms, sound system and internet WiFi.
