If you are looking for a place to stay that is close to all attractions including the beach, has great staff, is clean and has THE BEST air conditioning in all of Europe- this is the place for you. Nicholas was the best host we have ever worked with- very welcoming, attentive and helpful. Everything that you want to see in Split is a short walk away and the air conditioning was top notch. We would stay here again and ten outta ten recommend.

Great stay close to all the attractions

My 2 day stay here with my sister was everything we were looking for. It's super close to the attractions (right outside of the castle, and a couple of blocks from the waterfront). Communications were great, we were able to leave our luggage here prior to our check-in. Room was great for 2 people, AC worked well, shower worked well. Even had a fridge and small kitchen appliances. Beds were comfortable. Bedding was decent.

Charming and practical

Charming accomodation near the city centre. I especially liked the possibility to enjoy the outside areas, the cooling air conditioning and the kind hosts. We stayed in a one-room flat and had everything we needed. If you want luxury you should find another place, but if you want to enjoy the city of Split and stay at a comfortable and central little flat, this is perfect!

The place was very unique. We had our own little outdoor terrace/sitting area. The rooms were fine, lacking a living room/couch. The location is good, very close to the old area of the city connected by old walking only streets, it was very cool. The city is very nice, wish we had more time there. More pillows for sleeping or more supportive pillows is recommended.
