This beautiful villa is an old historical building located in old part of Split. It's within walking distance are major tourist attractions - Riva Promenade, Diocletian Palace, Park forest Marjan, Restaurants, Beaches, Bars, etc.

In the Villa guests have access to personal areas.
Such as the Swimming Pool where you're welcome to swim & relax as much as you desire.
The stone grilling station underneath the sloped wooden roof, the full indoor kitchen & as well as the wooden sauna.

Villa Roza is in Street of August Harambašić, the Old Town of Split.
One of the calmest and quietest areas in the city, a perfect location for relaxing & exploring.
It’s walking distance away from Splits famous tourist attractions.
Whether wanting to visit Park Forest Marjan, Diocletian's palace, The Golden Gate, Riva Promenade.
Or aiming to catch some sun & enjoy a heartwarming day at the beach.
The main city area is a short walk away, where you have a large variety or restaurants, bars, shops & Splits largest farmers market where fresh produce is abundant.
If your arriving to Split by Ferry or Bus your first destination will be Splits Ferry Port.

Our stay at Villa Roza

It’s a nicely remodeled historical building, modern amenities. Plenty of space for family of 8 people. Great location, 7-10 min. walk to city center. The downside of this place are: there’s a lot of mosquitoes in the area, they got into bedrooms and main house. There’s a nice pool, just be careful with sharp edges on the steps outside & inside the pool. The main house has 4 levels, it’s challenging to move suitcases up & down thru narrow spiral staircases. The owner is pleasant & very helpful about giving us info about the city & location of stores, restaurants and tourist sites. It was a pleasant time & great 3 day stay in Split.
