Poor customer service

The hotel itself was fine but the customer service was terrible. we asked for a later check out because we’re had traveled a distance for long run and they said we could only schedule it in the morning after the morning shift arrived, but we had to leave prior to 7:00, he didn’t care and would not help us. Breakfast also was not served to 7:00 Ava we had to leave at 7:00 and he was kinda rude about it when we said we had to leave a little before 7:00 was there anything we could do? Normal breakfast is out by 6;00. He said there may be most the stuff out before 7:00 We could check. Thankfully we were able to grab some quick carbs before race time but it was so pre packaged so I am not sure why the guy couldn’t be a little more helpful and courteous.

Nice room, but awful beakfast.

Very confortable bed. Basic room, but clean.. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast leaves a lot yo be desired.

The hotel is on a very busy N-S divider road and you have loud vehicles going by. Two things i didn’t care for, no spoons for yogurt, and coffee ran out and was not replaced. Would have been nice to have had hair conditioner, only had shampoo. Shower drain was kinda gross and also broken.

This is the second time in 6 months we have stayed here and the pool has been closed the entire time. The parking lot is awful and very difficult to navigate. The breakfast is very cheap and we ended up.going out for actual food. Cereal and frozen Eggo waffles don't make breakfast.

I love that the rooms are mostly updated with just a few needing bathroom updates. Best news is the pool is finally being renovated so it can reopen. Staff is always the most friendly and breakfast is good. The only down side is not much within walking distance for shopping/dining however it is a quick and cheap ride share to areas with more offerings.
