I don’t think the photos accurately portrayed the hotel. Photos give a bustling, fun, and young vibe but upon arrival Hotel Ruby didn’t feel bustling, fun, or young. The restaurant/bar attached to the hotel was closed which was a bummer but we did get 15% off of a few other local spots which was cool. The room we stayed in was small but that wasn’t a huge deal. The hotel is in a great location, we were able to walk to a bunch of cool bars/restaurants and the view from our room was great!

This hotel was much quieter than expected and if you were going to a concert at the Fox or Knitting Factory it is a perfect location. The Breakfast was amazing as well!

Cramped rooms. No lighting in the closet refrigerator area. Door on fridge is backwards so awkward to open. TV was very confusing with a Samsung channel . we never did figure it out. The AC was out the first night but you found us a different room which was great.

I didn’t like anything about the stay. The photos on Expedia are very misleading. There was stains on the curtains, something I’m hoping wasn’t blood on the walls, boogers on the doorframe entering the bathroom, and to top it all off I’m pretty sure you can see mold in some of the photos I’ve provided. Will never stay there again and will make sure to warn everyone about the conditions. I immediately checked out and went to another hotel which was not only nicer in every way but also cheaper. Ruby hotel is a scam.

When you finally arrive in room, there is a set of ear plugs for the train that goes by every 20 minutes. The room was the smallest hotel room that I’ve ever stayed. While one would sit at the desk, another would have to pass by climbing over the bed to get to other side of the room. Upon arrival the hotel lot was full. We had to park our vehicle in a lot 3&half block area in downtown Spokane. We had confused this place with a sister hotel, the Ruby River Hotel.

Meh! Would not stay there again.

It was just a bed for a night. It was clean and quiet (for a downtown motel) Parking was $5, which I didn’t like. VERY hard to find the parking lot. Only the room was clean. Everything else needed a lot of cleaning.
