The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the sapphire lounge was closed for remodeling, but was not being worked on at all. The lobby is closed all night until 7 AM so there’s no one to contact if you have an issue The bed was very comfortable and the main noise complaint was the garbage trucks in the middle of the night backing up and beeping very loudly for several minutes.

It was a busy night downtown, but Jade did a great job greeting each guest. Parking is limited, but there is a public gated lot very close by and you get a pass from the hotel.

Staff was great and location can’t be beat for the price. Unfortunately the hotel itself falls short. Room just seems old and could use some TLC. Toilet was leaking. Lampshade was torn. Towels were stained. We were in a premium double and it was very loud. Maybe carpeting would help? We heard constant noise from upstairs and next door. Also, while the front gate was locked, the back elevator was accessible to anyone. It seems like a security issue that should be addressed. I really appreciated the staff, who were very helpful in facilitating our early checkout. All the best.
