Once upon a time, a long long time ago, I worked for this hotel, but under different management. It was a great hotel then, and it continues to be one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in. The staff is rock solid, and friendly. Our room was spotless, and the view off of the balcony stunning. Thank you for making my wife and I feel welcome and providing us one of the best stays we have ever had.

At check in, the clerk was helpful in finding me a ground floor room. From there it went downhill. I was given a map with my room highlighted. It looked like my room was at the end of the building. I went inside and found the rooms were located on three floors. I became confused after I went up two flights of stairs and didn’t locate my room. By this time I was feeling ill and had to sit on the hallway floor. Some helpful guests tried to help me. I called the front desk for help. From that moment on things got better. Robert came to my rescue with a luggage cart. He took my things to my room and soon came back with a wheelchair to deliver me to the correct place. My room was at the exact opposite of where I had been searching. With heavy luggage and a dog on leash, it was all more than I could handle. I gave high marks for Service because of Robert’s kind help. As I thought about the event, I was ill due to some food poisoning from a food cart I went to earlier in the day.

There was no hot water the entire building went out i did not get to shower. For $200 I expect a shower or to have been notified and moved. I stood around naked for 10 minutes we bring in hot water. I finally checked out and told them. No one offered a credit discount or free night. I should have slept in my car
