•No Shoes inside the property.
•No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present to treat air and clean carpets and scrub walls.
•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected.
•No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
•No Unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc.

The off-street parking was wonderful to have. The location was nice as it was close to several of the places I ended up needing to go. The host was very responsive to questions as well. While it's a small space it's comfy. The kitchen was great to have as we can't eat out most places. We did end up bringing an twin inflatable mattress which worked out well since there was 3 of us and nobody was sharing a 'bed' ;) Overall I'd rate it as a decent value for what's included. I'd definitely book it again, especially if I travel up that way with my wife.
